I am looking for someone who can give me an outsider's perspective, coding knowledge, and SEO/social media algorithm expertise to help me increase the reach of my blog (the priority) and my social media accounts. I've been authoring Brownie Bites Blog ([login to view URL]) for over a decade. In 2011, I monetized the blog and started posting in a more organized and consistent manner. I think there is something major that I'm missing as even during the peak of the blog's performance I was still only getting around 65,000 visits per month, but over the last year that number has fallen to less than 30,000 and I can't figure out why. I'm looking to invest in someone awesome who can help me analyze my blog, fix problems regarding code, design, posting methods, etc, and get me "over the hump" to where I'm gaining traffic again. Like all bloggers, I'd love to grow a huge audience and community around my blog and I'm willing to put in the work to make it happen. Brownie Bites is a true passion of mine and I'd really like to see it succeed! I'm not sure how packaging or pricing works when hiring someone like this, so any information you can provide me would be amazing. I'm really at the beginning of my search but I am quite serious and motivated to implement some real changes and optimizations. Ideally, I'd like to hire someone with a proven track record who can provide details regarding the improvements and traffic growth for other projects he/she has worked on. I know this is a wall of text, sorry! Like I said, I'm new at hiring someone like this so I'm really not sure how much information to give or, really, who exactly I'm looking for. I just need help!!
