I am using Opencart 220.127.116.11 with CCAvenue Payment Gateway.
When a customer cancels the order from the payment gateway's transaction page, s/he is redirected to my website but an order confirmation email is sent to the customer and stock also gets reduced.
I need to:
1. Send order confirmation email to customer only when the order status is "Processing" or any other predefined status.
2. The stock should be reduced only at a particular order status.
I am from Mumbai too and is this goes well, we can discuss about some other projects as well.
