Hi I am looking for an opencart expert who can help modify the vanilla user registration and checkout for the China market

My detail requirements:

- Change the first and last name fields to just one name

- Significantly modify the address form to comply to china standard （省，区，市，镇，）and automatically add post code （邮编）. Ideally i would like the same functionality that you see on Tabao.

Ideally the candidate of this job is in china and can speak chinese.
