Online Nomination Form with excel database needs creating -- 2

I want an online nomination for students to select their track and field events. The online form then pushes the data into a spreadsheet with designated column names and automatically creates a csv file (text file) for import in to Hytek Meet Manager It takes too long. I need online option that data Automatically goes in and creates a text file (CSV semi colon)
