New User Posting Feature Required For Marketplace (PHP/Javascript/HTML/CSS)

We would like to build a new function/feature within our live B2B marketplace (2 sided - sellers and buyers) which is based on user generated content being input and after submission being displayed on front end of platform. This content can be edited or deleted from within posting users dashboard. The content being posted is text based so no rich media or external API's or data will need to be pulled in or processed. There will need to be some level of admin control over the posts so if spam is generated our marketplace admin team can remove.
This requires an individual developer (no agencies) with deep knowledge of web app languages and has experience with e-commerce marketplaces, importantly the candidates must be able to start the work immediately if awarded. Please do not apply if you have junior to intermediate level skills, we need an experienced professional.
You will be required to provide personal identification which can be verified prior to beginning project as an IP transfer agreement will need to be completed prior which has been attached to this brief for review. You will also be required to sign NDA before discussing project.
This is an opportunity for a long term relationship to be built and if our marketplace continues to gain traction an opportunity to head up our tech team.
