2-should scan all bitcoin traded pers last price through websockets other wise ip will be blocked

3- if last price increase certain percentage for example 10% and less than 15% after 0.5 or 1 second we want buy order to be executed at market rate then order to sell at last price devided by two or to sell automatically after 1 second both option should be there I wil activate one or another

4-comments to be added so I can understand

5-nothing is ready all from scratch

6-you can google bittrex API
