Need a wordpress expert to fix some things on my website

i currently have a few issues with my wordpress blog.
First is that i can't get the caching plugin to work properly. I work with a CDN network and my plugin keeps giving me errors .

Second problem is that i can't upload any images anymore to my blog .
when i create a new post i can't seem to upload any images
