We need a WebRTC app using one famous easy to use API provider

Hello, we need to build an app using WebRTC technology, and using a WebRTC Provider's APi. The app's users are gonna be divided into two groups : - Students - Teachers (can be organized in Class Room Groups) The app basic two functions of the app are : - Students may record a video from Webcam. - Live video conferencing (1 Student + 1 Teacher talking with webcam) feature with Chat system, the video conference will be recorded aswell. [ Note that all these functions are provided with the APi we're gonna use ] . - Teachers can create Class Rooms, to which students can apply. - Students will have to record videos to apply for class rooms positions - Teachers will see the recorded videos, and may : ––– Rate the videos, ––– Leave comments on the videos ––– Predefine questions, to which Students will respond to in a Video recording session ––– Invite other teachers to see the recorded video, those invited teachers can also Rate + Leave Comments All the recorded videos need to be placed inside Amazon Buckets We're gonna provide the Template and the web designs that's gonna be used for this app, so you'll only need to work on the logic side. As the APi is ready with all the features we need, the task isn't gonna be too complicated to achieve, so for this we expect reasonable bidding. Best,
