Need to set up local self hosted OSM maps database

Need someone with much experience using OpenStreetMaps, to set up a local instance to not only host the geo data but also what ever is needed to render maps without needing any external service/s. If you have never done this before, please do not bother bidding. If you know how to do this, since this is the first time we will have worked together, access is given using remote desktop which gives ssh and other tools for access. Assuming you have done this before, you should be able to give me an approximate amount of time this will take and cost. If you do this well, I will have more OSM related work for you.
