Need Laravel + Google Maps Geocoding Expert

I need someone who is an expert in LARAVEL and Google Map GEOCODING. I have a website which is an online classified. There is an input field where people can enter their address in AUSTRALIA ONLY. As they type, I want a DROPDOWN LIST to appear showing suggested addresses and the user MUST select one from that list. Once the address is submitted, I need to be able to get the LONGTITUDE AND LATTITUDE coordinates so that the address can be displayed in another part of the website. Then I need a search function which allows people to search by SUBURBS with +Xkm. E.g. If I search "MELBOURNE +1km", I want all addresses submitted within 1km from Melbourne".
