Hi there! You're actually (from the info pages you posted) not using the exact same PHP configuration on the different sites. The biggest issues I can see is that some of the PHP modules aren't the same. I've used Linux for over 15 years and while relatively new to this site, I have a lot of experience in administering servers and server applications. I'd love to work with you to sort out this issue!
