I have two websites that need seperate donations pages created. They are custom.
Church website: - The following is a break down on how the donation process should work. You can use WooCommerce for this: The church would like a page where it ask the donor for an ID and of course the dollar amount. Email address would be optional. Optionally, the donor could select the fund type it applies to (there are about 5-6 such as maintenance repairs, employee payroll, mortgage, etc but they also need to be able to just leave it blank if they don't want to decide). Once the donation has been approved by some financial institution, an email should be sent to the donor (if provided) with a thank you and some general information about the donation. No emails need to be sent to the church. A running .csv file needs to be able to be generated at any point for any period of history, that contains the following information: fund, member ID, dollar amount, email address (if supplied) so they can import the information into their bookkeeping software without needing to do manual entry from each email receipt they get.
College website: - This is a break down of how the donation process on the Bible College/Seminary Site should work. Please note it's slightly different than the church site: They simply would like a page where it ask the donor for their name and address and of course the dollar amount and type (tuition or donation) & possibly and email address if they so wish. However, the tracking is going to be different. Once the donation has been approved by some financial institution, an email should be sent to the donor (if email is provided) with a thank you and some general information about the donation. However, some other form of notification or email should go to a designated member of the college so they can collect this information and send the donor a form legal form for taxes at the end of the year. It would be best if a record can be kept on each donor so that if the donor donates multiple times that it would be stored under the one donor and not individual donors - essentially this just means forcing people to create accounts and not just checkout as a guest
