I have a wordpress site with woocommerce and I need a plugin created (I couldn't find any that exist already besides one but it didn't work), that allows me to choose which states I don't ship to, so that when the customer goes to checkout, certain states and territories are not available in the dropdown menu. I need someone to either build a plugin for this or if you know how to go in and just edit the pre-existing code, thats fine too, whatever is easier. Thanks.
