Music Website

First thing to state is that this webste is almost completed, so you'd only be adding what needs to be added and fixing errors currently on the existing database. I have a website at bookandhire.com. It's a [login to view URL] clone in a lot of respects and serves same purposes, but where gigmasters offers ONLY paid memberships, mine also offers free memberships that allows bands to join for free to be listed on the site for promotional purposes along the lines of something like MySpace where they can promote themselves by posting songs, descriptions, etc. So when the person first joins, they decide at that time if they are going to be a free member or a paid member. If they become a paid member, then they get all of the promotional space that free members do, but increased storage space for their songs/videos, twice as many music genres to list themselves under, and more options. But the most IMPORTANT thing they get that the free members don't is inclusion in a "gig database". The gig database is a database where event planners, wedding planners, party organizers, etc. come and post events or gatherings that they are having. They indicate when the event is (date, time), where the event is, what kind of music they are looking for, etc. Once they do that, they are provided with the performers that match what they're looking for (music type, location, money, etc.). They can also search through the paid performers by adjusting those settings or just freely search however they want (by state, music type, etc.). Additionally when a planner puts in their info, bands that meet that criteria are also sent an email letting them know that there's an event that fits 2 or more of their criteria. But again, the FREE members don't even see this piece unless they decide to become paid members. There are other little pieces like the ability for me to email the paid members or free members or both, the capability for both the planners to track their events they've entered along with the bands they've selected, and the bands can track the events they're been considered for, etc. But for the most part, this is the main jist of this. I have the overwhelming detailed layout and details available for those that ask for it and I EXPECT to be asked for it BEFORE you post a bid so that you can see all that's involved and what's left to be done. But essentially it's a website that's half like MySpace and half like Gigmasters. Before I even consider anyone, let me say this again. The website is almost complete. I've had 2 database developers on this project already that have both worked on it, but obviously had too much going on to finish it. The first developer told me he could do it in 15 days and over 3 months went by and it still wasn't finished although he completed a huge chunk of it. The 2nd developer said he could finish it in about 5 days and almost 2 months passed with little to no work done. So I'm really over this at this point. But AGAIN this project is almost completed. You would just be coming in, fixing the errors that exist and adding the components that need to be added. So DON'T BID ON THIS PROJECT as if you had to start from scratch because that's not the case. And the person I award this project to won't have a problem doing this. I'm not looking for someone to get it done in 2 days. I just want it done right and time isn't that relative a factor at this point although I'd like to have it online and ready to go by January 1st. But if not, whatever. It just needs to be right. Just don't state an unrealistic numbers of days. So if you want to see what's left to be done to bid on this project, PMB me with samples of your work and I will then post the complete full details of this project. The details include everything down to how the website works, the form fields, the member levels, errors we're currently experiencing on the website and literally almost EVERYTHING.
