I need a single, consistent IPTV media-player application that I can install on Smart TVs, mobile devices and regular computers. The player must open both M3U playlists and Xtream-Code logins without any external converter, then organise the content into Live TV, series and movies automatically. Core functionality • Live TV playback with fast channel zapping • Full catch-up (time-shift) on channels that provide it • Integrated EPG grid and now/next info, refreshed from the playlist source • Category filtering and search across live, series and films • Simple remote-control navigation on TVs, plus touch gestures on phones/tablets • Reliable reconnection logic for unstable streams Target platforms – Smart TVs (Samsung Tizen and LG webOS are my main focus, but a generic Android TV build is welcome) – Android and iOS phones/tablets – Windows or cross-platform desktop (Electron, Flutter, or similar—whichever you prefer) I am open to a custom build or a heavily-customised open-source base, provided the final product carries my branding and can be side-loaded or submitted to the relevant stores. Acceptance will be based on: 1. Clean playback of my test M3U and Xtream accounts on each platform. 2. Working EPG and catch-up on channels that support it. 3. Smooth UI/UX on TV remotes and touch screens. Please outline the framework you would use, how you will deliver each platform build and the estimated timeline for a first functional release. Source code hand-over and basic deployment instructions are expected at project close.

Hello, I hope you're doing well! I understand you need one branded IPTV media-player app for Smart TVs, mobile devices, and desktop, supporting M3U playlists, Xtream-Code logins, Live TV, movies, series, EPG, catch-up, search, category filters, fast zapping, and reconnection handling. I have strong experience building cross-platform streaming apps with HLS playback, Xtream API integration, M3U parsing, EPG/XMLTV handling, TV remote navigation, mobile touch UX, Android TV builds, and branded deployment-ready media interfaces. I would use Flutter for mobile/desktop/Android TV where practical, with platform-specific Tizen/webOS builds as needed, then deliver tested branded builds, source code, and deployment instructions. Q1: Which platform should be delivered first: Android TV, Tizen, webOS, mobile, or desktop? Q2: Do you already have sample M3U and Xtream accounts for testing? Q3: Should users save multiple playlists/accounts, or only one active login? Looking forward to building your IPTV player!

Hi, I’ll develop a unified IPTV media player that runs smoothly across Smart TVs, mobile devices, and desktop systems, giving you a single consistent experience no matter the platform. I’ll build a clean architecture that supports both M3U playlists and Xtream Codes natively, automatically organizing content into Live TV, Movies, and Series without requiring any external conversion. The system will include fast channel switching, EPG integration with now/next information, catch-up support where available, and reliable stream recovery to handle unstable sources gracefully. For usability, I’ll design a simple, remote-friendly TV interface alongside touch-optimized mobile controls, with fast search and category filtering so users can quickly find content. The goal is a lightweight, responsive player that feels smooth on all devices while keeping navigation intuitive and consistent. I can implement this using a cross-platform framework like Flutter or a hybrid approach depending on your preferred deployment targets, ensuring we can efficiently build for Android, iOS, desktop, and TV environments while keeping one shared codebase where possible. Before starting, do you already have a preferred design direction for the UI, or should I propose a modern TV-style interface with a mobile-first adaptation for all platforms? Regards Shabahat

Hello, this is a broad IPTV client build, and the hard part is not opening M3U or Xtream feeds but keeping playback, EPG state, catch-up behavior, and input UX consistent across Tizen, webOS, mobile, and desktop. The real engineering risk is platform fragmentation around player behavior, remote navigation, and stream recovery under unstable network conditions. I’ve built several production systems where low-latency media handling and cross-platform runtime behavior mattered, including AI Translator Plugin and Enterprise ProxyTool Client App. Those projects were less about UI mockups and more about designing the control paths, session handling, and failure recovery so the product behaves predictably in production. I usually structure systems like this with a shared playback/domain layer, then isolate platform-specific shells for TV remotes, touch input, packaging, and store or sideload delivery. For your case, I’d treat M3U/Xtream parsing, EPG refresh, catch-up rules, and reconnection logic as separate services inside the app boundary rather than mixing them into the UI. Relevant project references: AI Translator Plugin and Enterprise ProxyTool Client App. If useful, I can sketch the platform architecture and call out the highest-risk areas for a first functional release. Hello, I can build a branded IPTV media-player app that supports M3U playlists, Xtream-Code login, Live TV, movies, series, EPG, catch-up, search, categories, and reliable stream reconnection. For this, I’d use Flutter for Android, iOS, Android TV, and desktop, with platform-specific builds for Samsung Tizen and LG webOS where needed. Flutter helps keep the UI consistent across mobile, TV, and desktop while still supporting remote navigation and touch gestures. I’ll structure the first release around playlist/Xtream parsing, automatic content organization, live playback, EPG refresh, catch-up support, search/filtering, and branded UI. Then I’ll test against your M3U and Xtream accounts and provide source code plus deployment instructions. I am ready to start and can plan the first functional release after reviewing your platform priority and test accounts. Best, Smit

Hello I've built cross-platform IPTV players with M3U and Xtream support, live TV, EPG, and catch-up. I use Flutter for mobile and desktop, and can target Android TV for Samsung/LG via webOS or Tizen. Example: a client needed a player for all devices; I delivered a single codebase with channel zapping, series/movies organization, and remote navigation — it runs smoothly on TV remotes and touch screens. For your project, I'll support M3U and Xtream logins, full EPG, time-shift, and fast reconnection. I can have a working Android TV and mobile build in 3 days, with desktop soon after. Ready to start as soon as you share a test playlist. Thanks! Sara

Hi, This is a solid IPTV player project, and I’d approach it carefully because the hard part is not just playing streams—it is keeping the same experience stable across TVs, mobile, and desktop. For the first release, I’d recommend **Flutter** for Android, iOS, Android TV, and desktop, with separate lightweight builds or wrappers for **Tizen/webOS** if store requirements allow. If Samsung/LG native support is the highest priority, I’d review whether a web-based player layer with platform-specific packaging is the better route. I can build support for both **M3U playlists and Xtream Codes login**, then organize content into Live TV, movies, and series. The app would include EPG parsing, now/next display, category filtering, search, catch-up support where available, and reconnection handling for unstable streams. For TV use, I’d focus on remote-friendly navigation, fast channel switching, clear category browsing, and readable EPG layouts. For mobile, I’d adapt the same design for touch gestures and smaller screens. A realistic first functional release would include test playlist playback, Xtream login, basic EPG, categories, search, and branded UI. After that, we can refine catch-up, platform packaging, and store submission. I can provide source code, platform build instructions, and deployment notes at handoff.

Flutter is the right call here. One codebase covers Android TV, Fire Stick, iOS, and Android mobile with a native feel on each. I would use better_player for the video engine with M3U/XTREAM API support, plus a channel list and EPG. About 7 days for a working build. Numbers will firm up once we discuss the full scope. Can start today. Want to jump on a quick call?

Hello, Building a consistent IPTV player across Smart TVs, mobile devices, and desktops brings unique integration challenges, especially with M3U playlists and Xtream-Codes. I propose leveraging platform-specific SDKs for Smart TVs (like Tizen and webOS), along with a Flutter or Electron framework for cross-platform compatibility. The player would implement efficient live TV playback and a robust EPG system, ensuring smooth user navigation. For deployment, we'll set up CI/CD pipelines to automate app submissions and updates. To align with your branding, I'll craft a custom UI while ensuring that reconnection logic is solid for stream stability. Could you clarify if you already have a database schema for content organization? Best, Joseph.
