Modify existing PHP software to meet our needs

Hello, We have a project that will require someone with the time and skills to update an existing program to meet our needs. We will need several modifications and we are working on a very tight deadline. I will provide you with the information and the program that we need modified once you reply with your interest in the assignment and have a good history to completed work. Because of the unfortunate history with 3 other programmers from this site that we paid in good faith, but they did not provide us with any file in return, the following is the only way we are willing to work from here: 1) You must work from your own server, or We are willing to pay an extra ($11.87) for you to purchase a temporary website at ([login to view URL]) if you need a live domain, host and SSL (if you do not already have one of your own). This price includes a free domain, hosting and an SSL. 2) Provide a full & clear set of installation instructions (including all folder and files that need permission changes) 3) You will need to keep track of the files that you have changed or have added because you will only send us those files with instructions as to where they go or which ones they replace. You will not send us an of the existing files that did not change. 4) You must be will to provide progress updates and provide us with periodic progress demos and allow us to make comments along the way. 5) You must be willing to create a schedule of when you plan for the project to be completed and (HONESTLY) update the schedule as times goes on. 6) We will put all the agreed upon funds for the project in escrow, but we will Absolutely NOT release ANY of the funds before the FULL PROJECT HAS BEEN Completed and demoed to us on a live server. Once ALL of the comments have been addressed and the FINAL Demo is good, we will release 25% of the funds. Once the Instructions and files have been provided to us we will then release another 25% of the funds and ONLY after 10 days have pasted (so that we can test out all your files and instructions) will we then release another 25%. After another 15 days have pasted (so that we can ensure that it continues to work under normal use) we will then release the remaining 25% and close the project. 7) If we add additional work beyond what we agreed on, will add the additional funds accordingly. 8) You must be willing to stand behind your work and do a thorough check of the everything so that we are not going back and forth on little things that should have been previously caught by you. 9) We need someone who has the time and ability to be very careful, thorough and willing to do their own quality control and not rely on us to do the quality control for you.
