I personally want to do this inside WordPress which is my favorite platform.

You will see inside a Plugin which I thought was pretty useful "Booked"
I have configured it to sort of do what is built to do but, I need to modify a few things to make it work perfect for
my client. NOTE: The plug has 2 license and if I need to purchase the one to be able to customize,
modify it etc to meet our needs than let me know.

Focus is to build a google calendar integration so all appointments scheduled for that particular
user is also sync with their google calendar and of course displays on their built in appointments profile.
I would like to also sort of disable all dashboard options and only allow the Appointments Left Side option
and disable everything else.
Once you get an idea of what I want to do, is basically modifying the plugin, wordpress files
and theme to sort of narrow down its ability, function and options to only the Appointments Functions and not so
much as you know create a post, page, wordpress options etc.
Expected Product Features
Appointments - Appointments are assigned to a particular location or staff member for that company profile.
After you add an appointment, you can edit, delete, add notes, upload an image.
Clients - From your Client List, you can create, update or delete existing client information.
Users will have their own login access and assigned to their particular location or locations and have certain
modification rights inside the portal.
Locations - From inside your Admin Account, you will be able to Create Additional Locations and then Assign existing
or new members to the location.
Reminders - The Reminders Feature would work as intended such as an E-mail sent to them before the appointment
at a time and date you specify. You may also configure it to remind your client if they missed the appointment
so that he/she can re schedule. Finally, you may then remind them once appointments are completed to provide
you a feedback.
Automation - Once an Appointment is Created, Updates or Changes and through or a particular action,
your automation settings are triggered. This relates to automating an email during active appointments,
after appointments or as scheduled which can be used to send an email promote something or even ask for a feedback;
Modifications - Modifying your Appointments, Clients, Locations, Reminders, Automation and Integrations
are up to you or me as the admins and certain rights to each staff members so that they may control
their calendar and appointments. Modifications include adding fields to appointments, changing reminders etc.
Integrations - Our initial integration focus is Google Calendar being a very popular calendar service,
it would be nice for each of you to be able to link your google calendars with the system so that
the information is the same.
