Mobile software with cloud sharing

need a mobile version of an existing software we use and need both software to synchronize their database to cloud. Current software is on pc in the office, the required software will be on mobile or tablet for sales person to use. please see the picture to under stand the concept of the software. ----- Our company is delivering 5 gallon water bottles (reusable) and then we collect the empty one to refill it again. The current software is doing the following: -Enter new customer (or use existing customer from drop down) -enter the number of delivered bottle to the customer - enter the number of empty bottled collected from the customer. - shows the number of the remaining bottle with customer - it shows the total number of delivered bottle, number of remaining with date and summery. The software is made by java, the database is very simple, by notepad ----------------------------------------------------- What we need to do with pc version: - modify this software to be able to save the database on cloud (firebase or any other free database) - add new option to the software to be able to add customer on map (google map) What we need to do for mobile/tablet app: - create new software for mobile (for outdoor sales person) - ability to add new customer - enter delivered and collected bottles - ability to view remaining bottle with customer - ability to view customer location on map - both application share same database (to eliminate to enter information twice) ------------------------------------- Why we need to do this application? - Because we want our sales person to have easy access to customer location on map - we need our sales person know how many bottle is still with customer so he can write than on the bill -------------------------------------- we can send the existing software we use to have better idea ((please mention what database you want to use in the comment so we know you have read my comments here))
