Map / or integrate, Process Street ( www.process.st) and Zoho Projects -- 2

Hello, So, the Process Street will have some webhooks trigger which will execute the script I will write for you, and this script will update the Zoho by using their Rest API right? And this will do for one way only? Only the flow from Process Street to Zoho? Not for the reversed way? Could you provide me the data structure which POSTed by Process Street over its webhook trigger? Doest it send a complete information or just the id so the rest should be retrieved over their API?
