Magento 2.0 bugs to be fixed on existing site

I need four fixes made to my existing site. See PDF linked below for screenshots of issues. Please note that the site is a magento 2.0 site installed on AWS. Please be familiar with AWS and their method of connecting via SSH (.pem authentication file is required, which I will send).
Issues are:
1) All category links on my menu are giving 404 errors. Note that "Demo" is just a test--can be removed after fixing.
2) HTTPS issue. Certificate needs to be installed. Let me know if I need to purchase something
3) There should only be one root category, with ALL products under the main category. All products will be tagged to a sub-category within this root category. This way, all products will be accessible under the layered navigation. Currently, it is split between Demo and Custom Cakes, although I am not sure why it is showing like this.
4) The main template installed allows for [url removed, login to view] to display all products on site. However: a) it shows using the Luma template not the new template, and b) it shows only 1328 products, but on page 3 of PDF, you can see there are 1181 + 1755 products.
