H there, ok, so I have built and i use a number of scripts for twilio and plivo. they are both pretty much the same. I would use an existing script php/node.js script and add your twilio/plivio API key then I would provide additional endpoints for you to call I use Node.js or PHP to create the server script and react.js or simple html/javascript on the front end I'm happy to provide you with a node or a php script(server side no GUI) that can be used as a proxy server for you to call from your front end Regards Peter Drysdale
