Joomla Site - Error to be fixed

Greetings Freelancers.
A joomla site was migrated to a new webhost.
The SQL DB and all files from public_html were successfully migrated to the new server.
The [login to view URL] file was pointed to the DB. The website loads. however there are some errors:

Error on home page -
Notice: Undefined variable: app in /home/ahnetwork/public_html/plugins/system/tagmanager4joomla/[login to view URL] on line 26
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/ahnetwork/public_html/plugins/system/tagmanager4joomla/[login to view URL] on line 26
2. administrator login page doesnt not come up.
3. CSS error needs to be fixed for the navigation menu.
