What it is:
This is a rating site like hot or not, or rate my picture, etc. Basically, people upload their photos and let other rate them. What I need done is similar. Users can upload their photo, they can register for an account. they can manage their photos, and they have their own control panel.
Plus more, I rather not discuss here for privacy issues.
I have the site already built in a template, it's in Dreamweaver. What I need done is to have the PHP coded in so it will work.
I'm not rich, this is just for my college that I attend, so it's a small site. There's about 12 pages total, but all of them are very short pages.
