I have a fairly large website (content) that contains a phpbb forum. The forum isn't high traffic, usually 10 to 30 users at a time. I am tired of hosting companies shutting down my site arbitrarily and taking days to put it back online if ever. Shared servers are too slow, designated servers are too expensive. This is not a money making site. It's more just information sharing and not much more than a hobby. I have a Mac Desktop Intel based with 4 TB of drives. Should be plenty for what I need. Looking for someone with experience in setting up a home based server that can run a website. I understand Mac Apache includes PHP and Mysql Database which the phpbb runs off.
