Google API Development Tool Update

Job Description:
Our company is called JuppLee, we have built a fantastic tool which uses Google Ads API to help out business grow. The API pulls data from google from a advertiser, and places that data in to our dash board.
Each Monday our tool looks at how much a client has spend per week and charges their credit card stored on our platform, and used [login to view URL]
We have had some technical issues where customers cards are not being charged. No attempt has been made to talk to [login to view URL] to take the payment.
We are looking for someone on going to help us with this project, and to help us upgrade and build on to the current platform.
Ideally you will:
Be located in the USA / Canada / UK
English would be your primary language
You would be happy to provide your phone number once we award you the work.
Currently our current developer is based in the Philippines, and due to the time difference between there and the USA and the language issues, we would like to find another solution.
This would be ongoing work.
