We are in the process of starting an IPTV business, so we need a very good IPTV Panel that is fully working and already tested to manage our video streaming and vod files, create packages and plans, bill users for the service all under the panel. The panel should also support video upload of vod files and do time shifting. The Panel should be able to also connect with other media servers especially flussonic media server. We prefer the panel to be writing in PHP and not Java to avoid too much server resource consumption. Also the panel should be able to have easy api that can support android app and other app development easily. Only a secure solution will do. Please we need to see a working demo before we can make payment. And we only need something we can pay for once and not a monthly subscription solution. Only those with a working solution to show need bid for this as we are a start up and would not need anybody to distract us.

Hello, You can utilize stalker middleware which have RESTful API as well as you can add external storage server. Most important thing is open source
