We need an app which creates giveaway events, which is mainly based on Instagram. The app should ideally make use of the Instagram API to sort through comments and likes on the video and if the user who entered the giveaway, follows the giveaway creator, and the number of friends "@"ed by the user in the giveaway entry comment.
