Get all the ip addresses websiteproxy.co.uk is using

Somebody is spamming my site using websiteproxy.co.uk. I want you to write a script using PHP and Curl which will get the ip addresses this proxy is using when accessing other sites. I want the script and the list of the ip addresses. I tried making this script by myself but I got this error message: "Forbidden (403) CSRF verification failed. Request aborted."
