I am a Senior Software Developer that owns a consulting business. I am relocating to beautiful Medellin from the United States. I have several remote contracts in the US that I would like to pay a local Colombian developer to assist me with. I want someone experienced in the LAMP stack, mid to senior level. Although negotiable, I am willing to offer 4 million pesos a month for the right candidate. You would be working under my supervision either in my home in Medellin or in a coworking space, which is yet to be determined. Occasional work from home may be possible once trust is earned.
