Fixes on 2 websites

I need two quick fixes on two websites
1) I lost login details for prestashop site. [login to view URL] I have cpanel access to databases. I would like to get new login details for dashboard page and change phone number on website and change header 'our new collection'. (remove 2018) (this is just a demo site)
2). I need get working the mail form on this page. [login to view URL]
