Fix Server Overload due to Bots, Optimize Wordpress Site, Minimize executions!

Our issue: I recently updated nearly 4000 posts (title tags, slugs, focus keyword, meta description). We have, overall 8000 posts on our blog. We get between 500-600 visits a day. However, our page goes down the moment we stop the cloudflare ddos interstitial. Our site cannot stay up. We have major server overload. Nearly 200,000 request daily.
