I have a database of text in the Myanmar language which has had its multi-byte characters split apart and rendered as single characters. An example is:
I need a script (something I can run from the command line on Linux) to return these to the original text with the multi-byte characters.
In the above text, I believe that where you see the dotted circle letters, these should be the multi-byte characters; and the dotted circles should not be visible.
