Summary:
Our goal is to create a Fishbowl plugin that will split the sales orders into separate picks based on location group automatically.
Sales Order Sources:
• Shopify Store create sales orders
• Manual created sales orders from within Fishbowl
Functionality Overview:
When a sales order is generated into the Fishbowl system the plugin will create separate picks based on each SKU item contained in the sales order based on the location group for each SKU item and then create picks for each group.
The pick report will be updated and show the different location group items and what warehouse they are associated with. (St Petersburg FL – Jasper, FL – Graham TX
Location Group Management – Dynamically Updated.
Scenario Example:
If there are same SKU in each warehouse the orders will be split based on the by default location group for that SKU.
If the by default location group is in. St Petersburg for a specific SKU and inventory reaches 0 >
When a new sales order is entered into the system the plugin will conduct a check to see if that SKU is available in any other warehouse and if it is available then the location group for that SKU will be updated dynamically to the NEW location group assignment until all inventory for that SKU reaches 0. If they all reach 0 for any specific SKU then the location group will reset back to the by default location group.
