Finishing my website

Hi guys, We need a website done which is a peer to peer renting patform, we will provide you the HTML and the API and you`ll be responsible to do the integration of the HTML to API. So basically calling the API which is fully functional and populating the HTML, here are the modules of the website: 1- Users can sign up 2- Users can list their items for renting 3- Other users can see the list of all item 4- Other users can message the user to find out more about the item 5- Users can book the item for a specific date period and pay by PayPal 6- Users can see the list of all the bookings made for their items 7- Users can accept or reject the booking 8- User should leave a review for each other after the rental period. We want to let people to upload their own item to rent, they can upload the images of their items along with the rental amount for daily, weekly and monthly rate and other users can book the item and pay and rent it. Current modules of the website: User Management: 1- Sign Up 2- Login 3- Forget password 4- Updating profile 5- Verifying profile Item management(both request for rental and upload to rent an item): 1- Post an item to rent 2- Update item information 3- Make a booking 4- See the list of all the items 5- See the list of all the bookings 7- Accept or reject bookings 8- Managing the items Chat system: 1- List of all chat conversations 2- Chat conversation 3- Delete chat 4- Report chat Booking system: 1- Users should be able to make a booking for an item 2- Users should be able to accept or reject a booking 3- Users should be able to see the list of all the bookings Payment 1- Users should be able to pay via PayPal 2- Users should be able to see the list of all their payments 3- Users should be able to see the detail of each payment 4- Users should be able to define how they want to get paid from FedeRent(Payout method) Review system: 1- Users should be able to leave a rating an review for each other after each rental. 2- Users should be able to see the list of all reviews made by other users in user profile. Notifications: 1- Users should be able to see the list of all notifications that is for them. 2- Users should be able to click on each notification and redirect to the relevant page.
