I have a working Wordpress website theme built using bootstrap. I have the PSD and theme files created. WHAT I WILL PROVIDE: 1. Access to WP admin panel 2. PSD file (if needed) 3. Sample website: [login to view URL] - (I want my theme to look like this) 4. Existing website template: [login to view URL] (current theme that needs to be completed) PROJECT DETAILS: 1. Fix existing bootstrap theme and create necessary settings inside admin panel. 2. Add Gravity Form with steps to current theme. 3. Make current theme look and function like sample theme. 4. Make custom script - when contact form is submitted online, use the zip code field to retrieve city and state info (using 3rd party plugin or other method) then fill push the city & state info back into the website form then submit entire form to 3rd party URL (NetSuite ERP). EXPERIENCE NEEDED: 1. Bootstrap 2. WordPress 3. Gravity Forms 4. PHP 5. MySQL 6. CSS & HTML 7. NetSuite (not necessary, but useful) TIMELINE / PAYMENTS: - Price: Open - Timeline: 3 days or less. - Payments: You will work on my server, not on your local server. Payment can be made in any timeline you prefer. 2 Payments via Timeline: - 1st payment released after you create homepage to match sample theme - 2nd Payment released after the website passes QA test and form deliver of the correct city, state through the 3rd party form. I think if you are clear on the design that you require, then it is not necessary to have PSDs. I have seen both websites.. Do you want to create a new theme or change the existing one. I believe you want to change the existing one. Just need to confirm this.
