Need a File system where I will have an admin panel and a user/client panel, the system must be able to do the following; Admin must be able to upload documents to a clients panel, there can be 30 or 40 different documents in same cases. the client need to download the documents, sign them and be able to upload the document again, should the client resubmitted the document the admin must be able to indicate if the document is correct by means of a colour code for example green for approved orange for not done and red if in correct or just a selection by means of approved, not done or incorrect. also the system must be able to take the number of docs and have a percentage completed / approved indication for the client to know what still need to be done. The will be many users/clients and files may vary, admin must register them with company details and send password for access only
