Existing site - Need bugs fixed and add new feature

I have an existing website written in PHP from scratch. The site also include Laravel, CI script integrated to use a single login from combined DB.
The site includes machine learning script written in PHP to store user content preference. This creates multiple files that make the site slow. I need help with fixing some bugs and adding new feature.
BUGS:
1. Create a script to run on Linux to batch delete multiple files created by ML script. Then the script will auto delete files after 14 days.
2. Z-index issues where modal windows are opening behind instead of on top
3. When searching for content the page keep refereshing after clicking on input field this is happening on Safari
4. Fix css footer menu issue.
NEW FEATURE:
Integrate a Laravel script to use the same database fir single login.
REQUIREMENTS:
