The requirements for the website are as follows. There is a subscription service that runs monthly. It is paid monthly subscription paid by the customer through PayPal for a specific time slot on our website. Only 1 customer with 1 subscription can have 1 time slot at any time. If the customer subscribed has paid for the first month, and then cancels the subscription through PayPal a couple of days later then what MUST happen is the subscription will continue to run until the subscription end date. (1 month from original purchase date). Once the subscription is expired the subscription must appear back on the website and show that it is open for purchase! This functionality is not working properly on the website currently.
