Ecommerce solution for multi franchise brand

I am looking for a robust but quick solution to develop an ecommerce solution which will be an alternative to the current Shopify set up but better. Here is what it should offer: - Store locator based on address or zip search. - Order routing to the nearest location for delivery or pickup. - We need to find a thermo printer and connect the store to it, so the order gets printed in the corresponding store, that will make the delivery/where the customer will pick up the order. - Easy tracking of orders by store at the end of every month. - Visual filtering of products by category via ajax. - Product configurator - The product is a basis with layers of fillings or toppings. - Accept payments via stripe or paypal pro. - Adding stores for new countries we get in and at times multiple languages per country. I am looking for the quickest set up that would still be robust and stay fast as we grow. There will be a lot of orders and traffic as soon as this picks up. If you don't start your application with "delicious" I will know that you didn't read my description and automatically delete your application and maybe report it too. I was considering prestashop but I am open for other suggestions. Site speed is going to be important so keep that in mind. Looking forward to your bids.
