Development of a Woocommerce plugin for interaction with external ERP

Job Description:
Premise #0: we already have a previous plugin doing partially the same things but it is bad written and we prefeer to rewrite it insted of extend it. but ca be a good starting point to understand the logic.
Premise #1: the plugin will be uploaded in the WP plugin repository so it must scrupulously meet all requirements imposed.
Premise #2: we are searching for a professional and skilled developer with long-term experience with Wordpress/Woocommerce and coding in general (PHP, REST API, MySQL etc.)
Premise #3: we need a full time developer who can gives us max professionalism, possibility of contact at any time, comply with agrred deadlines.
Short description of the development (a full detailed description of requirements will be supplied later):
The target of the job is to connect our CRM/ERP web application to and from a wordpress webiste.
The web application is a private school management system, where students users are registered and where group classes and individual course types are managed.
Classes have some standard fields like the class name, class type, class teacher, star date, hours, calendar, price etc..and some custom fields like text fields, checkboxes, html fields, dropdown, etc..
The plugin must have a configuration section in order to imput authentication data and connect to the external application.
The synchronization procedure consists (roughly) in:
1 - reading data from the external web application (classes and course types) and publish it in the Wordpress site in form of woocommerce products.
So products will have standard data (title, image, price, description, category, etc) and the custom info in form of atributes/tags.
2 - pass the user data from the wordpress user registration to the external system as students
3 - pass the Woocommerce checkout info to the exernal system, like the product (class or course type) purchased, payment status, etc..
The synchronization procedure must be actived manually through a special button of the plugin and through an automatic scheduled job.
