We are in the IoT space and have our own software.... We need to grab data from controllers attached to CNC machines to perform certain validations realtime. The data resides in the controllers attached to the machines and that data from the different machines should be transmitted thru ethernet or RS 232 to the database of our server without any timelag and with timestamp on them. The data should be grabbed nearly every second. The controllers from which we propose to grab data are largely FANUC, Siemens and Mitsubishi in the first phase. If successful then the project will expand to atleast 20 times since we propose to cover several other machines and controllers and also move to analog signals.
