Develop Web Based APP to find bands and musicians based on Geo Location using API

We are looking to find an experienced and professional developer skilled with Web based technologies, that can create a web based app based on a deadline. We are looking for a long term relationship to improve the product in the future. Application Description: This app has the purpose of finding local musicians and Artists based on Geo Location, keywords, Genre or other specifications. Provide the end user the ability to find social media profiles and stats. Provide the end user ability to email (if email found) their found bands or message their local bands on their Facebook fanpage. The Data can be found in various ways online using music industry platform APIs or even scrape google or facebook to find local bands and artists. [ ] Ability to import photos in a Library (can be used in facebook messages) Software Structure: The user should be asked for an account to log in into the application.
