Develop online simulator with image layers

Hi,
We require a developer to build a simulator platform, where the user can view an image and simulate different features directly in the image.
Example: The user can view an image of the inside of a house, with floors, doors, walls, furniture, etc. The platform must have the option to select different types of doors, floor colours and textures and wall colours and textures, within that main image.
The simulation must work by image layers, where there is a main background and different layers for the floor, doors and walls, so the user can simulate the look of each one within the main background image.
The functionality and design we want is similar to this website, which also has this feature: [login to view URL] (the changes in this simulation can take a while to show on screen)
Initially, the platform will have:
- 5 different background images with 1 door per image
- 6 different wall colours
- 6 different floor colours
- 10 door models
- 10 different textures for each door
