Develop a membership based products and services advertising website with service booking management feature or booking management mobile app to integrate with the site.

Need to develop a website where members can sell their products and services. Once membership is approved, members can advertise their products on the site until advertisement expires. There will be two to three types of membership types which controls what advertising features to grant to each member including the duration of the advertisement. Some of the required features: - Display and presentation of pictures and how they can be managed by members plays a very important role. So site design should be focussed more on this feature. 
 - The site should have a feature or an option to hide or show all pictures. When clicked on hide/show picture button, all pictures on the site or browser should be displayed or hidden.
 - Each listing should have a subscription link to members profile. Subscribers should get updates when a member updates the page and only chooses to share with the subscribers.
 - members can pay to move their advertisement to the top of the page. Payment integration may be required. We may manage it manually for now if too costly.
 - When browsed to the site, picture of advertisements is displayed in the listing page. When mouse is hovered on the the picture short summary will be displayed on the top of the picture. When picture is clicked it should open the full page of that advertising/listing.
 - members online status should be displayed on the site if they are logged in and total number of online/active users should be displayed on the site. - Members account to be disabled on advertising expiry date that will be set at the time of activation. - Automatic email reminder to be sent to member if advertising is to expiring soon -  Advertisement can be enabled or disabled by site administrator or super admin. - Number of photos and videos to be limited based on membership type. - Each member can login to their account and edit their profile. Only paid member can edit unlimited number of times. Free members can not edit once advertisement is published. - Members and customer should be able to publish blacklisted members to a blacklist page. If same member is blacklisted three times account should be automatically disabled. Booking Calendar/Booking App A booking calendar should be linked to each members profile. If they are selling services then customers should be able to send booking request based on the availability and working hours of the member. Calendar should be updated each time a booking is accepted. Members should be able to initiate sms from the mobile app to confirm or reject the booking. More features to be discussed during the negotiations process depending on the skillset of the bidder. ADMIN PANEL/DASHBOARD: Admin account should be able to manage all member profiles or their membership. It is a super admin account to manage membership and site users. Example website will be shared with successful bidder. Also, open to ideas and suggestions for innovative website and mobile app.
