About Hybrid Rentals
We are a small car rental business based in Sydney Australia with about 60 vehicles in our fleet. We have trialled and used a number of CRM and rental car management systems and none of them do as we require so we are going back to basics for now.
What we require:
1. A master input spread sheet that allows us to input a new customer, with a number of drop down items for the vehicle make, model, year, pick-up date and time. The spreadsheet will need to have certain data validation for various fields.
2. Macro buttons on the spreadsheet to generate a new rental agreement
3. Word doc version of the Rental Agreement (we already have this document see attached) All fields must pre-populate and new file needs to be saved
4. The files will be stored on Google drive and accessed by my team so the main functionality of the spreadsheet needs to be protected.
5. Provide on-going advice on best solution for each problem.
