Create a Wordpress Template

Hi, I need someone to do few modifications and add few elements on our Wordpressr website : [login to view URL] 1- Adding a sticky element on the bottom of the page to propose people to subscribe to our Newsletter. Exemple : [login to view URL] Same thing of what you can see on that exemple, if you click on that element (or on the +), the block growing and a title + texte + mail field + Call to Action will appear.) We need that element on every page on the website. We will give you the text and colors. 2- We need a popup that appear when you click on « Contactez-nous » (= Contact us). On that popup, we need the contact form you can see on that page : [login to view URL] 3- Another popup for another form with a 2 steps form. As you can see on that website : [login to view URL] when you click on the blue Call to Action « Essayer gratuitement », a 3 steps form appear. We want something with that style. We will give you the texts, fields etc. (we also need a « Congrats ! We received your form » at the end of the form, still on the popup. That pop will appear when you click on « DEPOSER MA DEMANDE DE SOUMISSION » on our website [login to view URL] 4- Another popup that will appear at a certain level of scrolling on the home page. That popup will have text + an email field + a call to action (we will give you the texts) 5- Another popup with an inscription form. That popup will appear when you click on « DEVENIR FOURNISSEUR » CTA. For all that plugings, we want to be able to change texts by ourselves, so, no hard code. Thanks
