Create a web widget with one field in DB

Hi there, We have a very simple project to do - it's a web widget - we have a design for it. It has to be responsive (there's designs for web and mobile views). How will it work: 1. There's some text, design and most importantly the clock which counts down the time to selected date-time. 2. Underneath the clock there's a button. 3. When you click on a button the clock time goes 1 minute down (on frontend) and the click is registered in DB. 4. When the new person views the widget instead of seeing the clock with time to the X hour, they see the X time minus 1 minute that someone clicked. And so on, second person brings the deadline by another 1 minute. 40 people takes 40 minutes out of the time and so on. 5. Important - one person can click on a button only once per 24h (cookie is enough). . Therefore tasks to do: - create simple widget PSD-html - create DB with 1 table and 2 fields: target_time, clicks - program click in JS and PHP (we prefer Laravel if possible) - make sure that it's mobile responsive and doesn't go to negative time.
