Create interactive availability list for real estate project

For a new real estate project we need an interactive list of the available apartments to buy. Beside certain information like m2 and the price for buying the apartment, we should also have an interactive column with green (available), yellow (reserved) or red (sold) for each apartment. Next to the list of the apartments (one row per apartment), we should also have a second display of the apartments per floor. When hoovering over an apartment, this respective apartment should become highlighted both in the list form as well as in the floor display. When clicking on a row, a PDF with the respective floor plan and information about the apartment appears. The development of this script should look similar to the following example (sorry, only in German): [login to view URL] The script has to be integrated into a [login to view URL] website. The design should be modern flat design. Enclosed you find the data to be filled into this interactive availability list. The interactive list must be responsive and it must be possible to edit the data and change the availability within the HTML code.
