Create a custom CSV export of WooCommerce Orders

Job Description:
We are a dropship ecommerce business.
For all the HL orders (HL supplier), we need to extract the order details into an .csv file - see attached.
We want to go to the WooC Order's page and..
1. Check all boxes/orders which are HL orders
2. Then in the BULK ACTIONS dropdown menu, can you create a new option called "HL Orders Export"
3. Create a file with all these fields filled (see attachment).
Note: If there is more than one item, please create a new row for every item, using the same order number
