The goal is to build a service/website which enables a user (publisher) to select multiple products (from csv-/xml-file or online shop) through a web interface. This selection will be saved as a wishlist.
! Attention: We do NOT own the online store. Further we do NOT have access to its servers or an API!
The user (publisher) will be able to generate a unique link for each wishlist.
This link can be shared via email or any other media. It must be possible that multiple links can exist at the same time. By generating a new link older ones still need to stay valid.
When a user (consumer) clicks on such a link, the user (consumer) will be presented with the shopping cart of the external online store. This shopping cart is already pre-filled with the products of the respective wishlist (link).
The person can then perform a regular checkout (purchase) at the online store.
Please find further details in the PDF attached. The wireframe/mockup shows the journey of the publisher and the consumer.
A blogger (publisher) posts food recipes on his/her blog. In order to enhance the online shopping experience, visitors (consumers) of this blog should to be able to purchase the entire recipe at once.
Example: There is one recipe that consists of 5 ingredients. The blogger (publisher) generates a wishlist consisting of these 5 ingredients (products). Instead of posting 5 links (deeplinks) to every individual ingredient, the blogger posts a single link, which opens the shopping cart filled with the 5 ingredients already placed inside.
If you have any questions, please contact us for further information.
We are NOT an online shop. Our service aims to enhance the process of online shopping by connecting recipes with online shops:
(1) consumer clicks on recipe link -> (2) shopping cart of external online shop is automatically filled with all ingredients of recipe
The website is for internal use only (not for public use). Therefore, design is not important to us (minimal effort, please).
The goal of this project is to create a Minimal Viable Product (MVP). The focus of this product version is all about functionality, usability & reliability.
Our product roadmap consists of many more versions. Once this MVP fulfills our requirements we would like to keep working with the same development team.
We have uploaded the Powerpoint-version of the already existing PDF. The new file contains comments that got lost in the PDF. We would highly appreciate, if you could take a quick look at those comments at the bottom of each slide.
